About

We created VivaBenefits after seeing HR become the default desk for benefits questions.

That burden took time and produced uneven answers.

Our Position

Questions are not the real issue.

Routine questions receive the same HR attention as complex ones. Asking whether dental cleanings are covered can take as much back-and-forth as asking how to manage a dependent's coverage after divorce. Both arrive in one inbox and demand repeated replies.

VivaBenefits takes on routine questions, leaving HR to handle decisions that need human judgment. The aim is not to automate HR. It is to protect judgment work from being crowded out by questions a properly configured agent can answer consistently.

We began with mid-size companies because the gap is clearest there. A 250-person company has less HR capacity than a 2,500-person company, yet benefits questions become similarly complex during open enrollment. VivaBenefits works in that gap.

Funding

Angel-funded since April 2026

Angel backing has supported VivaBenefits since April 2026. We are working with a small group of early HR partners to refine the product before broader availability. This lets us configure carefully and learn through real open enrollment cycles before scaling.

We are not pursuing 10,000 customers before proving the product. Our focus is making it work exceptionally well for the first 50 partners, then expanding. If your mid-size company's HR team wants to join that early group, get in touch.
