Choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly lets you cancel anytime. Annual billing applies a 15% discount to the monthly rate and charges one upfront payment. You may change to annual billing at renewal.

Your selected plan includes full access during the trial, with no credit card required. After 14 days, choose whether to continue.

Limits use benefits-eligible employees with VivaBenefits access, rather than total headcount. Benefits-covered part-time employees and contractors count; dependents do not. For seasonal changes, billing uses the year's highest monthly count.

We will alert you as you near the limit and offer an upgrade. The upgrade is prorated for the remaining billing-cycle months. Once confirmed, you can add employees right away. Access is never cut off without notice.

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime without a fee, with access lasting through the billing period's end. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 14-day trial, and access remains available through the paid year. Partial-year annual refunds are not available.
